Syrian Rebels Reach Evacuation Deal for Aleppo

The international community urged Russia to use its influence to stop Syrian government forces from committing atrocities as they close in on the last pockets of Aleppo still held by the rebels. The United Nations Security Council held an emergency meeting Tuesday following reports of the bloodshed. Zlatica Hoke reports.
