UN: Lentils, Chickpeas Can Help Reverse Dangerous Trend of Soil Erosion

Planting more lentils, chickpeas and other pulses will improve the health of the world's soils that have reached critical levels, threatening to worsen hunger and poverty levels, the U.N.
