Japan's 'Space World' freezes 5,000 fish in skating rink

Here’s a tip if you want to attract new people to your ice skating rink?Don’t freeze thousands of fish in the ice? And definitely don’t spell hello with their corpses. That’s a lesson Space World in Kitakyushu Japan is learning the hard way.The amusement part had to close its skating rink after online backlash to this:5,000 dead fish frozen in the ice. Everything from sting rays to sprats to mackerel.I did everything I could not to make a holy mackerel joke there.A spokesperson for Space World apologized and said they’re considering holding a memorial service for the fish next year.Really? They want to hold a memorial service? I think they should just hold a sign instead.
