Pakistan: Cross-Border Indian Fire Kills 11 Civilians

Pakistan says an Indian attack struck a passenger bus on its side of the disputed Kashmir border Wednesday, killing at least 11 civilians and wounding 15 others. The casualties occurred in the Neelam Valley near the Line of Control, or LoC, which divides the Himalayan region between India and Pakistan. Officials feared the death toll was likely to increase.
