In France, An Economic Argument for more Diversity

Job discrimination is costing France tens of billions of dollars each year — that's according to a recent government study that adds an economic argument to a push for more diversity in the workplace. Activists have long complained that the French motto of liberty, equality and fraternity is not necessarily reflected in hiring practices. But from Paris, Lisa Bryant reports one headhunter is on a campaign for change.
