ACLU: Police Used Facebook, Twitter to Track Protesters

U.S. police departments used location data and other user information from Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to track protesters in Ferguson, Missouri, and Baltimore, according to a report Tuesday from the American Civil Liberties Union.
