Wetlands and Wildlife Return to Scenic Romanian Delta

In Romania, what used to be a scenic delta is coming back to life. Part of the Danube Delta was drained in the 1980s by Romanian dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu, to create farms. Now the land has been reconnected to waterways, and as the water comes back in, so do fish and birds. VOA’s Deborah Block has the story.
