Gabon Names New Cabinet after Disputed Presidential Vote

Gabon's new prime minister has named the country's new government after a disputed election that saw President Ali Bongo Ondimba re-elected for a second term by a narrow margin.   Emmanuel Issoze Ngondet late Sunday announced the 40-member Cabinet that includes at least four members of the moderate opposition.
