Are Stalled Trade Agreements Slowing Global Economic Growth?

Rising political resistance to trade agreements worries some key economic leaders who say expanding trade contributes to global growth and helps create jobs and cut prices for goods. The comments come as both major party candidates in the U.S. presidential campaign have criticized a major pacific trade deal, with Republican Donald Trump calling it a "catastrophe." As VOA's Jim Randle reports, new data show trade growth is already faltering.
