Amnesty Accuses Hungary of Breaking International Refugee Law Ahead of Migrant Referendum

Hungary is breaking international law in its treatment of refugee asylum seekers, according to the human rights group, Amnesty International. Budapest denies it is breaking any laws. The accusation comes ahead of a referendum scheduled for this coming Sunday (October 2nd) on whether Hungary should accept a European Union plan for mandatory quotas of refugees. Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
