National Museum of African American History and Culture Opens Its Doors

"The timing of this is fascinating," U.S. President Barack Obama told a group of about 750 guests Friday in the Grand Foyer of the White House, who were gathered to celebrate the opening of the National Museum of African American History and Culture. The crowd, many of whom were African American, laughed and applauded at the understatement.
