The U.S. military says three airstrikes against Islamic State targets in Syria during the last week may have resulted in civilian casualties. In a statement released Tuesday, the U.S. Central Command said an airstrike near Dayz Az Zawr on September 7 struck a non-military vehicle that drove into the target area after a coalition aircraft released its weapons.
