Cambodia, Vietnam Deadlocked on Border Dispute

A closed-door meeting on border issues between Vietnam and Cambodia ended in deadlock Tuesday. The two sides met in Phnom Penh to discuss how to address disputes over alleged encroachment on Cambodian territory by Vietnamese interests.
