Turkey Cites Terrorism in Blast Killing at Least 8 at Wedding in Southeast

Turkish authorities say at least eight people were killed Saturday and dozens of others wounded in an explosion at a private wedding in the country's troubled southeast. The state-run Anadolu news agency quotes the governor of Gaziantep province as saying the blast was due to a "terror attack."
