July 27 -- Hillary Clinton made history at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday. The former secretary of state was formally nominated by the Democrats, becoming the first woman to run as the presidential candidate of a major U.S. political party. Former President Bill Clinton was the evening’s headliner. He praised his wife, saying, “she’s the best darn change-maker I’ve ever met in my entire life.”
