Syrian Attacker in Bavaria Had Received Psychiatric Treatment

A 27-year old Syrian migrant who set off an explosion killing himself and wounding other people in a Bavarian town near Nuremberg had received psychiatric treatment, German officials say. Twelve people were wounded, three seriously, in the blast the man set off Sunday after he was denied entry into a music festival in Ansbach.  More than 2,000 people were evacuated from the festival after the explosion.  The attacker's motive was not immediately clear.
