US Puts Sanctions on 3 Top al-Qaida Members

The U.S. Treasury Department has announced new sanctions on three Iran-based senior al-Qaida leaders accused of fundraising for the terrorist group. Faisal Jassim Mohammed Al-Amri Amri Al Khalidi, Yisra Muhammad Ibrahim Bayumi and Abu Bakr Muhammad Muhammad Ghumayn were named by the Treasury as "specially designated global terrorists."
