Israel says its troops shot and killed a Palestinian driver in the occupied West Bank after he rammed his vehicle into one carrying three Israeli soldiers. Palestinian health officials identified the dead man as 36-year-old Ahmed Reyad Shehada, and said the incident took place near his home town of Ramallah.
