Mom-To-Be Defends Doing CrossFit and Weightlifting at 9-Months Pregnant

At nearly nine months pregnant, Emily Breeze is practicing cross fit and lifting heavy weighs. "I figured while I'm pregnant I'm going to stay fit, healthy and I want to promote that to everyone," the fitness trainer explained. She's always been in shape and has a doctor's note to keep going. But many are quick to criticize saying what she's doing could hurt the baby. "I think eating McDonald's every day is bad for you," she told IE.
