Ankara is demanding German satirist Jan Boehmermann be jailed for a poem it alleges insulted President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Turkish leader's lawyers have petitioned German prosecutors to jail the comedian under a German law that criminalizes insulting foreign leaders.
