Kurdish Militants Claim Turkey Car Bomb Attack

A Kurdish militant group with links to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK, claimed responsibility Thursday for Sunday's suicide car bombing in Turkey's capital that killed 37 people.
