How Much Has Johnson and Johnson Been Ordered To Pay?

The hammer has begun to drop on Johnson and Johnson. The medical and pharmaceutical company has been ordered by a Mississippi jury to pay 72 million dollars to the family of Jackie Fox. Fox had used the company's talc based products for decade before it was revealed they were the cause of her fatal ovarian cancer. Johnson and Johnson had given no warning of the link between the talc products and cancer, so they were found guilty of fraud, negligence and conspiracy. They face an additional 1000 court cases in Missouri over the issue.
