UN Peacekeeping Base Attacked in Northern Mali

Suspected Islamic militants attacked a U.N. peacekeepers' base in the northern Mali town of Kidal Friday, killing at least two people and wounding several others. Reports from the area said there was gunfire and mortar fire against the U.N. peacekeeping mission, known as MINUSMA, in Kidal on Friday.
