Global Markets Enduring Another Bad Day

Global markets are once again on a downward path Thursday, with investors fleeing to safer investments as oil prices fall below $30 a barrel. The benchmark indexes in Frankfurt, London and Paris were all trading between two and three percent lower by mid-afternoon, extending a rout that first began in Asia. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index lost 742 points, or nearly four percent, to close at 18,545.80, while South Korea's Kospi index lost nearly three percent to close at 1,861.54....
