Dozens Reported Killed in Bombing of Nigeria Displaced-Persons Camp

Officials in northeastern Nigeria said Wednesday that dozens of people had been killed in a twin suicide attack on a displaced-persons camp. The attackers blew themselves up at the Dikwa camp, which houses thousands of people driven from their homes by the six-year Boko Haram insurgency.
