As the Egyptian judicial authorities prepare to begin two major trials involving journalists in the next three days, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) reiterates its call for the immediate and unconditional release of these journalists, who are being held simply for doing their job. The trial of Mahmoud Abu Zeid, a photojournalist also known as Shawkan, is due to start tomorrow after being postponed in December.
