12 Die in Russian Factory Fire

Russian officials say 12 people, including three children, have died in a factory fire in Moscow.  Investigators say the blaze erupted Saturday night in a 3,000-square-meter textile factory in the capital.  Pavel Astakhov, Russia's children's rights ombudsman, said Sunday on Twitter that one of the children was a baby.  Authorities say the victims were migrant workers who lived at the factory.
