Obama's Appeal to Embrace Change Receives Mixed Reaction

Delivering his seventh and final State of the Union address Tuesday night, President Barack Obama touted his accomplishments and focused on his vision for the future — in an optimistic speech that, predictably, was received well by his allies in Congress and fell short for his critics.
