Explosion Kills 10 in Historic Istanbul Square

The Governor of Istanbul, Turkey said an explosion Tuesday in a central historic district killed at least 10 people and wounded 15 others. A statement on the city government's website said the type of explosion and the cause of the blast in the Sultanahmet area, as well as who was responsible, are all under investigation.
