Le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général de l'ONU pour la Libye, Martin Kobler, a fermement condamné jeudi un attentat meurtrier commis le même jour contre un centre d'entraînement aux techniques de sécurité à Zliten, affirmant que la Libye ne pouvait se permettre de rester divisée face à la menace terroriste.
