'Russian Speaking' Woman Carries Out Suicide Attack in Afghanistan

An Afghan intelligence operative, a foreigner and her three children were killed in a bomb blast in eastern Afghanistan Friday, officials said. The incident happened in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province bordering Pakistan.
