Obama Seeks to Reassure Americans on Terrorism Strategy in National Address

President Barack Obama is seeking to reassure Americans about the U.S. effort to combat terrorism and urging them not to give in to fear. In a nationally televised address late Sunday, Obama laid out his strategy to keep the country safe, less than a week after a California massacre the president said was an act of terrorism.
