House May Move Quickly to Overhaul US Visa Waiver Program

Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy says the House will aim to pass legislation by year's end overhauling a program that allows visa-free travel to the U.S.     The so-called visa waiver program lets people from 38 countries visit the U.S. for 90-day stays without obtaining a visa.
