Police: Active Shooter at Colorado Planned Parenthood Clinic

Police in Colorado Springs, Colorado say they have an active shooter at a or near the city's branch of the Planned Parenthood organization. Police and fire fighters are on the scene on 3480 Centennial Boulevard. There are reports of injuries at the scene and police are warning people to stay away.
