U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in the United Arab Emirates for talks Monday focusing on the situation in Syria. He is meeting with Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi on the first leg of a trip that will also include a stop in Israel.
