Clinton Says US Must Lead Effort Against Islamic State

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has laid out her strategy for dealing with the threat posed by the Islamic State. Clinton said the United States must lead, but Arab nations must do more militarily in the wake of the Paris terror attacks.
