Man Arrested in Attack on French Train Hero

Police in California have arrested a 28-year-old man in the stabbing of a U.S. soldier who helped thwart a terrorist attack on a French train in August. Airman 1st Class Spencer Stone was stabbed three times in the torso on Oct. 8 in a fight near a bar in Sacramento.
