Both figures were members of FIFA's much-discredited executive committee when it chose Russia and Qatar as future World Cup hosts in December 2010.Villar is not only the president of the Spanish football federation, he has also been heading UEFA's meetings since the suspension of its current president Michel Platini. Following the disclosure of these names the question may well turn to whether the corruption runs deeper than just FIFA and spreads to Europe's governing body UEFA.SHOTLIST: 1. 00:00 Beckenbauer2. 00:13 Villar3. 00:21 Beckenbauer4. 00:45 Villar5. 00:59 Beckenbauer6. 01:04 UEFA flagSource:SNTV
