Kerry to Make Haiti Stop, Discuss Elections

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry plans a brief stop in Haiti to discuss preparations for this month's presidential and parliamentary elections.   Kerry is to meet Tuesday afternoon with outgoing President Michel Martelly and other Haitian officials. Haiti will hold its first round of presidential elections on Oct. 25 at the same time as the vote for legislative seats.
