Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a exhorté vendredi les différentes factions libyennes à accepter le projet d'accord de paix préparé par l'ONU, avertissant que celles qui le rejetteraient seraient tenues responsables des conséquences qui s'en suivraient.
