Palestinian Flag Raised at UN Headquarters

The Palestinian flag has been raised for the first time at United Nations headquarters in New York, along with flags of the 193 nation members. The Palestinians hold non-member observer status at the world organization, but last month won the right to display their flag alongside full-fledged member states.
