Iran, US Tout Benefits of Nuclear Deal

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says a “new chapter” has started in his country’s relations with the world. He used his address to the U.N. General Assembly Monday to press for expanded economic cooperation, once the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is implemented.
