France, Britain to Cooperate on Immigration

Britain and France are creating a new "command and control center" in the French port city of Calais, in response to attempts by thousands of migrants this year to cross the English Channel illegally. British Interior Minister Theresa May is meeting with her French counterpart Bernard Cazeneuve in Calais to sign an agreement.
