A military judge has canceled a pretrial hearing for the alleged mastermind of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The hearing for alleged terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed had been scheduled to start later this month and end September 4. "The judge cited issues that remain unresolved with regard to a claimed defense counsel conflict of interest," said Commander Gary Ross, a defense spokesman.
