Islamic State Militants Subdue Anti-IS Uprising in Libya

Islamic State militants are reported to have killed several dozen captives in the Libyan port city of Sirte. IS carried out the killings after regaining part of the city that had rebelled against it earlier this week. Libyan TV reported Islamic State militants killed dozens of captives Friday, after defeating fighters from a rival Salafi group which had rebelled. IS took control of the group's Sector 3 district of Sirte before dawn. More than 50 other people also were reported killed...
