Gunmen Kill 14 in Northeastern Kenya

Gunmen killed at least 14 people Tuesday in an attack on a village in northeastern Kenya. The Kenya Red Cross said at least 11 others were wounded in the shootings in Soko Mbuzi, located near Kenya's border with Somalia.  Officials said the victims were quarry workers. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
