Teen Becomes Seventh Recent Shark Attack Victim Off Carolinas

A shark attacked a 17-year-old boy Saturday on North Carolina's Outer Banks, the second such attack there in as many days and the seventh attack off the coasts of the Carolinas in the past two weeks, the National Park Service said.
