Militants Attack Somali Intelligence Base

Al-Shabab militants in Somalia have attacked a national intelligence agency compound in the capital, killing a security agent and wounding two others. The raid on the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) base Sunday in Mogadishu started with a suicide car bombing. NISA said in a statement "The attack was successfully thwarted by our forces. None of our buildings nor bases were entered."
