Syrian Kurds Celebrate YPG Victories

Residents of the northern Syrian town Kobani celebrate the victory of Kurdish YPG and other forces over Islamic State fighters and the current advance on the IS de facto capital, Raqqa. VOA Kurdish Service's Mamoud Bali reports from Kobani, which ousted IS forces earlier this year.
