UN Chief Urges Probe of Kyrgyzstan's 2010 Ethnic Clashes

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon urged Kyrgyzstan on Thursday to hold an impartial investigation into ethnic clashes that killed over 400 people five years ago and still divide the nation.
